How to survive in mini ?

Hi,

I will do another post on "How to win in mini games ?" later...

I am sorry for people that will know all what i will write but it's important i think that people want
practise PvP and progress to know some things.

I) First rules : the most important for me in RED
STICK ALWAYS TOGETHER AROUND HEALER (I will do a paragraph on healer after)
Why ? healer will always be the first target always and group won't survive or it will
be difficult without healer.

II) The healer in minigame :

a) Heal (I respect healer but just help them to progress:))
You are the key of life's team.
Your heal are the following
- The small
- The middle
- The hot

Small and middle must always be activated. You have time to DPS or move but more important to watch around you
to see where are randoms and ennemies... And also to watch life of your team.
Watch around to survive and watch the life of your team are difficult and when you will be used to do it, you could kill easelly.
Progress step by step.
Hot is ysefull and very important 1/2 life... Why : if people in front see that someone will go down (low life), he will go on on him.
In other way, he will let down or will kitte.

b) A DPS (HOX, sin, barb, ranger...) always must assist healer (free kill for him=he's healed and he DPS...) and not let him alone.

c) Keep always a CC for youself if problems. (only for healer)

d) Where ? You always must stay behind the first waves ( Heavy, DPS) and ber carefull random of your heal.

e) If it's a big mélée, go inside group damages are divised on all memebers of group and your heal will be very good and better.

But what is dangerous is also a CC stun if people are together...

III) The line views

Always breake line views and watch always where are the randoms.
A big mistake for a lot of players is to go in hallowed vaults on middle witout watching where are
randoms and alone... Very important for TOS and POM to watch where they are !!!
Thing to heal behind a wall near team, or a stone... Less they are see you, less they will think to kill you
It's important to this moment to go out together and use CC to search this randoms
before to do somethings else.
A random will lost in time to move to find lines views and he will serve nothing during this time.

IV) Your gear :
When you will arrive PvP4, you will see a difference on magic resists.
But you must watch team in front of you... Sometimes if you ssee there are only
mélée, stuff PvE can be better.

V) The straff :
If you have money :
- Belkin nostromo or logitech pad are usefull.
- Mouse logitech (Config interesting)

Moving is very important... If you stay at same place, you are dead. A target that moves all time do to loose time and the results is :
they let down, they must do a focus to kill you and use several players...

VI) The maps :

It's very important to know the maps, for to move hidden take some ways, breake lines views...
There are 3 sorts of maps according to me.

1) Hallowed vaults : it's the maps that is more used because it's "random's map".
It's very important on these map more than others to stay together and to know where are randoms.

2) Lost temple and blood raven are map different it's opened for all class...

3) Torrent totem : it's necessary to be well organized to win.

Read your post through and you are right about the stuff written here.

Personally I also like to 'kite'  some players out of the group. It's almost like PVE, I try to get aggro from the Sin or other DPS class from the enemy group and kite him away.
Enough people fall for the trap and I got a easy kill with my DT .

One of the more common tactics Ive seen is that the opponent tries to get the flag at the very beginning of the game. They run to your base with a guard or other soldier class and grab it. They make immediately 1-0 and keep defending their base for the entire game.
Its a useful tactic for your own team, but also needs a lot of attention to prevent the enemy team from using that tactic.
